According to preliminary estimates, over the past two days of the event, the Casual Farm booth has welcomed thousands of visiting distributors, with more than 600 already expressing strong interest. Clearly, the booth is experiencing overwhelming enthusiasm!


  Reportedly, many distributors made a beeline to the "Casual Farm Little Bijiuan" booth at this year's Spring Sugar Fair. Among them were leading baking retailers from first-tier cities such as Nanjing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou—representatives from e-commerce platforms, group-buying services, and supermarket/convenience store channels—who all gave high praise to "Little Bijiuan's" new steamed cake product.

  The new "Xiao Bei Juan" steamed cake leverages advanced production equipment and innovative techniques, crafted with premium ingredients such as fresh farm eggs, high-quality milk powder, and carefully selected wheat flour. After countless refinements and repeated trials with various ingredients, it delivers a delightfully soft and chewy texture.    Mr. Liu from Henan primarily focuses on campus distribution channels. He told Food Board: "First, our new 'Xiao Bei Juan' steamed cake has reduced sweetness by about 30%, making it accessible to a broader range of consumers. Second, the trendy flavors are already gaining traction—especially the taro coconut milk flavor, which has exploded in popularity, moving seamlessly from street-side drink shops all the way into bakeries. That’s why I’ve placed an order for a sizable batch this time, confident that this product will be a real sales hit."
   Mr. Sun, the Guangdong-based distributor, said he had been paying attention to the flagship product—“Little Rolled Blanket” steamed cake—for some time and was well aware of its strong growth momentum over the past few years. That’s why he made a beeline to the booth at this year’s Spring Sugar Fair for an in-depth discussion. After the event wraps up, he plans to visit the factory firsthand.
